  1. Timmy’s Chillies

    New on the Deli is Marmanaga – a deliciously fiery chilli marmalade made by Timmy’s Chillies based in Farmborough. It’s made with citrus fruits, ginger and hot naga chillies.    

    You can spread it sparingly on toast and it goes beautifully with cheese and cold meats. Or try it as a glaze for roast lamb.

    We’ve also just taken delivery of Quincefire, a chilli-quince preserve and there’s a Lemonchillo on the way soon so grab a jar for the winter. It’ll certainly keep you warm on the inside but we don’t suggest spreading it anywhere else!
