With a shared pride in championing local produce, the partnership between McEvoy and Farrington’s looks to provide customers with highest quality of meats from across the Westcountry.
Paul firmly believes that animals who lead happy lives produce great quality and better tasting meat, so he only selects farms with the highest animal welfare standards to supply his butchery.
Choosing British suppliers is an absolute must, and preferably local ones too. The meat is then skilfully and carefully cured and aged in-house to improve the texture and flavour.
As well as a great selection of fresh meats, customers can expect exceptional service, advice on cheaper cuts and recipe ideas from an expert butcher and chef.
