You can find lots of ‘farm shops’ around, but not too many of them are actually on a farm selling food they produce. That’s why the national body of real farm shops, FARMA, has created a new standard: GOAL – Genuine, Own And Local and Farrington’s is one of the first farm shops to achieve recognition.
Once again Farrington’s has been awarded the top accolade by BANES Environmental Services, winning their Food Hygiene Award with Merit for the third year in succession! This is in addition to our 5 star rating in the Food Standards Agency ‘Scores on the Doors’ scheme. The award was presented on Tuesday, May 5th.
Great news! Taste of the West has given Farrington’s a GOLD award in the Somerset Local Retail Outlet category as well as a SILVER in Somerset Tea Rooms. Congratulations to all our hard-working teams for making Farrington’s such a success!
